Exclusive use of the Upper Room for 4 hours
Decorating & cleaning up of the room must be done within this 4 hr. time slot to avoid additional charges.
Minimum 20 people - Maximum 50 people. |
Downstairs is also available. Additional downstairs capacity is 24 people. |
No outside drinks or food allowed. |
Extra charge for Sunday rental - $75.00 |
Additional time charges (above the 4 hrs) - $35.00/hr.

Cash or credit card payments only. |
$50.00 Non-refundable deposit required at time of event booking. This deposit is applied to the event cost if event is held. If the event is canceled, the deposit is forfeited. |
50% of total remaining event cost is due two weeks before date of party or at time of booking if event is scheduled for less than 2 weeks. Balance is due day of party. |
